Returns to a Paul Warmer store 

You can return your items for free at any of our Paul Warmer store.
Amsterdam - Amstelveen or Den Haag.

How do I return my order in EU 

1. PACKING

Pack your items. Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Place each item you return, together with the original packaging, in the box. Add the return form. Seal the box and attach the return label to the outside. Please note that we charge €8,- euro for return cost.

2. SEND

Take your package to a post office.

 4. RETURN 

Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice within 14 working days. The return costs are for your own account. We will charge €8 euro.

Returns online 

Paul Warmer's returns policy gives you the option to return a product within 14 days of receipt for any reason (PURCHASED ONLINE SO NOT IN STORE). You have the right to open the package and check its contents. The product must be read without any traces of use and in the original packaging. 

 

How do I return (part of) my order outside the EU?

Returning online orders outside the EU for orders over €150

For returns outside the EU, we collaborate with our partner Onlinetaxfree.com. To initiate a return, contact Onlinetaxfree.com at customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com. Onlinetaxfree.com will then send you the return label. After you have received the return label, follow these steps:

  1. Print the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
  2. Print the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
  3. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package.
  4. Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
  5. Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
  6. Take your package to a UPS location.

Refund policy for non-EU countries with orders over €150

Onlinetaxfree.com manages the tax refund process for Paul Warmer. If you return or refuse your order within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a tax refund.

Paul Warmer will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label and re-import costs.

Non-EU customers can reclaim VAT by contacting: customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com

Deposit terms

If you want to deposit the product, you have 14 days to deposit the item to us.

Money Back

If you have returned the item by post and it has been received by us in good order, the amount that is paid will be settled or refunded within 14 working days. We provide a voucher for products purchased in one of our stores that men want to return.

Liability

Paul Warmer is not liable for direct or indirect damage, whatever the cause, caused by the buyer, to others or to the property of third parties. Paul Warmer is not liable for the unavailability of the webshop or for technical or electronic errors on the website.
